Позиция: Инженер (солнечная энергетика)

Обязанности:

- Помощь в исследованиях и разработках в области солнечной энергетики.
- Установка и обслуживание оборудования.
- Продвинутые навыки работы с корпоративным программным обеспечением.
- Хорошие навыки в письменной и устной коммуникации.
- Оказание технической поддержки по продуктам клиентам.
- Мотивация и стремление к предоставлению достойного обслуживания клиентов.
- Знание и умение применять информацию по действующим отраслевым стандартам.
- Soft skills, включая позитивный настрой, гибкость в разрешении конфликтных ситуаций.
- Умение творчески решать задачи в срок.
- Проведение выездной диагностики и сервисного обслуживания.

Требования к кандидату:

- Образование: степень бакалавра или выше
(предпочтительно инженерное образование).

- Язык: русский , английский (Intermediate), корейский (предпочтительно).

Условия работы:

• График работы: 5 дней в неделю.
• Рабочий день: 8 часов.
• Место работы: Черняховск (Калининградская область).
• Официальная заработная плата: до 2,200 $ USD, зависит от опыта работы. Бонус по результатам работы выплачивается отдельно.
• Предоставляются: страховка, питание (обед).
• Контракт на 2 года.

Job Description:
- Research and development assistance in solar energy field.
- Equipment installation and maintenance
- Advanced skills using company software
- Proven ability to communicate well in written and verbal communications
- Providing technical support for products to customers
- Motivation and commitment to providing interpersonal customer service
- Knowing and applying current industry standards and information
- Soft skills including a positive attitude, flexibility and conflict resolution
- The ability to solve problems creatively on time
- Completing on-site diagnostics and service calls

Mandatory Qualification:
- Associate’s degree or higher
(Majors related engineering are preferable).

- Language: Russian (Native), English (intermediate), Korean (Preference).

Work schedule: 5 days a week.
Working day: 8 hours.
Place of work: Chernyakhovsk.
Official salary: to 2,200 $ USD, depending on work experience.
Insurance and Meals (lunch) are provided.
Performance based bonus are paid separately
Contract for 2 years.
